Setting Up Your Master Template for Reuse

Once your invoice looks right, save it as a permanent master before filling in any client-specific fields. Here’s the exact process:

  1. With the blank, styled template open, click the file name at the top. Rename it: MASTER - Invoice Template
  2. In Google Drive, create a folder called Freelance Admin → inside it, create Invoice Templates
  3. Move the master file into that folder
  4. Set folder sharing to Private (right-click folder → Share → restrict to only you)
