E-Signature
E-signatures designed to comply with ESIGN & eIDAS — included, not a second subscription
Turn a won proposal into a signed contract without leaving your workspace. Your client signs from any device — no account, no app, no printing.
Audit trail, tamper-evident seal, and a Certificate of Completion on every envelope.
The client said yes on Tuesday. It’s Friday and nothing is signed. Somewhere between your “Great, I’ll send the contract!” and their signature, the deal entered the ping-pong zone: export the PDF, email it, wait, get asked to resend it, wait again, receive a phone photo of a printed page with a pen scribble on it. Or nothing at all.
The deal stalls between “yes” and “signed” — and every day it stalls, the client’s enthusiasm cools. Some freelancers respond by skipping the contract entirely to avoid the friction. That works right up until a scope dispute, and then it really doesn’t.
The usual fix is a dedicated e-signature tool — another monthly subscription for something you do a few times a month, with your contract living in a different app than the proposal it came from. Waco3 takes a different position: signing is part of winning the work, so it belongs in the same workspace as the proposal, the intake survey, and the delivery tracker.
