Credits are how AI usage is measured. A typical AI-drafted proposal costs a few thousand credits, so Pro's 200,000 monthly credits support dozens of AI-assisted documents. Free includes 3,000 credits a month — a taste of the document AI, not a workload.

Your documents, e-signatures, surveys, and analytics keep working — only AI drafting pauses. You can wait for the monthly refresh, or grab a one-time Boost pack (Pro and Studio). Unused monthly credits don't roll over; Boost credits last 90 days.

On Pro and Studio: unlimited active documents, e-signatures, surveys, and clients. AI usage is measured in credits — generous, but not marketed as unlimited, because it isn't.

Free is the document builder, free forever: up to 3 active documents and 3,000 monthly AI credits, with branded trackable links and engagement analytics. It's documents only — e-signature, surveys, trackers, templates, clients and pipeline are not included on Free. Think of it as where you land after the trial, not where you start.

Downgrading never deletes your work — it locks features, not data, and everything is restored if you come back. Cancel anytime from the app; there's no contact-sales, no retention maze. If you close your account entirely, you have 30 days to export everything before deletion begins.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and annual plans get a reminder email 30–45 days before the renewal charge. Every annual charge has a 14-day money-back window, forgotten renewals are refunded if you haven't used Waco3 since, and billing errors are always refunded. Monthly fees aren't refunded once the month starts — you keep access to the end of the period — except where a billing error or EU/UK withdrawal rights apply. Not yet — honest answer. Invoices are branded, shareable, and trackable, but Waco3 doesn't process payments today. Most users pair Waco3 with bank transfer or their payment provider of choice.
